Software Engineer III (NWC0090)
Program and adapt tools and utilities to support the project; make changes to an existing game system to accommodate design changes. Requirements: 4+ years of game programming experience working in C[small]; game programming experience required (1+ shipped titles); development experience with win32; experience with stl; MFC experience a plus. AI and/or 3D experience a plus. BS or equivalent.

Software Engineer III (NWC0092)
Responsibilities: - Management of a team of programmers for a game title and related tools - Design, implementation, and modification of new and existing game engine components - Working with designers to assess the viability of new features and the potential impact on an overall project plan - Creating schedules and delegating tasks - Personal ownership of multiple major engineering tasks - Timely delivery of the overall game engine and tools Qualifications: - At least 5 years of game programming experience - At least 2-3 years of experience as a lead programmer - Multiple shipped titles - Expert understanding of object oriented design principles - Exceptional software engineering skills - Exceptional C[/small] programming skills - Exceptional expertise in at least one of the following areas: AI, Networking, 3D, Console Development. - Strong communications skills - BS in Computer Science or equivalent

You will work with designers to assess the viability of new features and the potential impact on an overall project plan. You will create schedules and delegate tasks, and have personal ownership of multiple major engineering tasks. You will be responsible for timely delivery of the overall game engine and tools.
